I prefer to work with clear objectives in a clean and organized manner. The Design Thinking methodology allows us designers to stay more connected with the people for whom we are creating a solution, ensuring we don't stray from the path. I find that working with empathy is a more human approach, and I have always found being part of a team to be much more rewarding.
